It sat without a single offer for entire spring/summer season before I had to make the difficult choice to rent the property as I was no longer living there, but still needed to pay the mortgage. The following year, Jen worked with me not only to get an offer within weeks of putting the house up for sale, but also worked diligently to assist the renter at my house find a new place to live so that the deal could go through. Without Jen and her get it done attitude and work ethic, I don't think my house would have sold. I will continue to recommend Jen to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the area.

She negotiated with the bank, always was reapsonsive to them and us, and when the first 3 short sales did not work, she stuck it through for the 4th.
