In an industry that can often have buyers feeling like they are surrounded by hungry hyena's awaiting their commission checks (e.g. builders, realtors, brokers, lenders etc.), Jenn was the calm within the storm. Never once did we feel like her choices of what to show us, how to negotiate or where to push back were motivated by a paycheck. We truly felt like she was an advocate for us in every way. When we wanted to push back with lenders and builders she led the charge and always pushed for more than our original thought. We ended up with a lower bottom line price, a better interest rate, fully installed blinds in a new home, brand new appliances and grass laid in the backyard all because of how she helped us navigate the process.
