Jennifer has sold 2 houses for me now. and her level of dedication and professionalism is 2nd to NONE in Brazos County. When we had a buyer bring up a part-time hack of an agent, who tried to get away with some shady demands AFTER close, Jennifer knew the law and set her straight in an email, putting a screenshot of the laws along with the name and number of her attorney. She knew her stuff so well, she shut down the nonsense immediately. I would trust Jennifer in any situation because I have never met an agent who knows more and is more ethical. I will not use anyone else, nor will my extended family members.

When the house was turned over to us, the house was in such poor condition that my wife and I debated whether we should even accept it. The house was not cleaned and trash was scattered throughout the yard. I was even asked by her husband to take out their overfilled full trash cans. However, in an attempt to act in good faith with our new landlord, we did more than we should to take care of items. I documented the house condition. At the end of your rent, she charged us hundreds of dollars for several items that were not our fault. She would not reason with us or accept that she gave us the house in that condition. I would never recommend using her in any professional capacity.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold 7 houses in College Station in the 19 years I have been here. I have never had a real estate agent be as attentive, responsive, and effective as Jennifer. From her luncheon come-and go just for other agents to see our house, to dealing with an incredibly difficult buyers' agent, she saw it through not just to closing, but even after where there was a problem after they took possession. She is the consummate professional, is articulate, and I would put her knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions against any person in the state of Texas. I could quote how quickly she sold the house, but that is also dependent on the desirability of the house, but she also got us top dollar very quickly. She also took better pictures than any other agent--they were staged, lit properly, they even re-arranged things for the pics to make it show even better. I would never use anyone else.
