ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is AMAZING ! She both helped us with selling our home and purschasing a new one ... not an easy task at the same time . Yet, Jennifers professional and knowledgable skils made it seem easy . In the stress times she was the calming factor for us , can't imagine going thru this as smooth if not for Jennifer . I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She looked out for us in the process and was more than fair and a straight shooter which we really appreciate ! I have to say "SHE IS THE BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer made our selling experience seamless despite being out of town. We were able to have complete faith in this investment property. If ever there was a snag, she knew how to help us pivot. We were able to sell at a price we were comfortable.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was immensely helpful in guiding us through the purchase of our second home. Most of the evaluation and negotiation process was done remotely, so Jennifer went to the properties and made extensive walk-through videos for us. Jennifer helped us understand specific details about each property that helped us become comfortable with the unit we purchased. When a few remaining items were found during the final walkthrough, Jennifer and the seller's agent agreed to bring in a contractor and resolve those items at no cost to us. Jennifer also helped us establish connections with several contractors that have enabled us to maintain and improve the property. Jennifer was always responsive and supportive, and we would gladly work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Especially knowledgeable and charming, Jennifer Jackson is a great realtor! Being a military family under exceptional circumstances, Jennifer helped us find our dream home within our price range. She even went out of her way to take measurements of the house, doors, and windows for our interior designer when we weren't in the local area. She made home buying an awesome experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further than Jennifer Jackson! She was highly recommended by a friend and she by far exceeded our expectations. She is honest, reliable, intimately familiar with any rules and loopholes the VA loan has, punctual, and goes out of her way to facilitate viewings. We bought a fabulous home with her help sight unseen, if that doesn't sum up how much trust we have in her then grits ain't groceries!

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought and sold 6 houses in my past, and Jennifer Jackson was hands down the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She kept my wife and I informed every step of the way and was extremely attentive to each detail. She always responded to questions or concerns promptly and I felt that she had our best interest in mind at all times. If there were 6 stars, she would have gotten that rating. Very professional, courteous and a role-model for those in her field.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a military family out of state, we were worried about selling the house from afar. Jennifer and her team swooped in and handled EVERYTHING from yard work to minor fix ups, and delivered a turn key home that SOLD AFTER 3 DAYS!! Shes the only choice for handling your realty needs in the panhandle area!

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding! Jennifer was very knowledgeable and professional. She tackled any concerns that arose head on and always made herself available. More importantly, she was easy and fun to talk to as if we were family. When we decided to sell our home and buy we feel blessed that it was Jennifer Jackson's number we called. Jennifer and her family will always be welcome at our new home. We consider her family and if we ever decide to do anything in real estate again, it will be Jennifer Jackson's number we call.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was a pure blessing with the listing and sell of my home. I highly recommend her to anyone. She was professional and one of the most patient and informative real estate professionals I have had the pleasure to meet. It was necessary for me to move out of state and leave my home vacant and Jennifer was so helpful with the final tasks right before closing to ensure everything went smoothly and according to plan. I would use her again if I were still in Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer Jackson was an amazing realtor to work with. My better half and I were first time home buyers and obtained a VA loan. Not only was she experienced enough to make a normally overwhelming process much easier, but she also saved us money at every turn to help with pre-paids such as the inspection for as little extra cash out of pocket as possible. She did the extra shopping for us and even set us up with a mortgage company who gave us a better rate! Naturally, we had several questions as first time buyers and she got back with us very quickly. If you want a realtor who is responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and one who will go the extra mile on each aspect of a normally complicated process- there is no one I would rather recommend. We were both very fortunate to have had Jennifer Jackson as our realtor. Even with questions after closing, she has been amazing.
