ZillowVERIFIEDAs first-time home buyers we can't say enough good things about Jennifer Inman. She was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the relationship we quickly developed. It's very scary buying a house, and even more so when you try to listen to all the "advice" from friends and relatives, it was very reassuring to know that one person - Jennifer - had our very best interest at heart, and knew exactly what to do when we certainly didn't.She was there with us through the entire process from beginning to end. She was sure we did a walk through prior to making an offer, so we were able to list a few repairs we would like taken care of by the seller, she took pictures of the items, and explained to us what an FHA inspector might be looking for, to the best of her ability. We were able to negotiate the purchase price, and repairs, before initial inspection. When the inspection was done, there were a few more things, like paint peeling, and a water issue, that had to be addressed. Jennifer helped us negotiate the seller's responsibility in this, and also arranged for anther pre-final-inspection walk through so we could be sure everything was done to our expectations. The house passed final inspection, and we have Jennifer's advice, and guidance, to thank for that. We didn't know her prior to beginning our home search, but now we are happy to call her a friend, and would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing their first home, or their fifteenth home.
