ZillowVERIFIED I have listed my home with several area agents through a couple local agencies over a period of several years. Jennifer was the only agent that was able to promote my property and boost showings. In less then 6 months she accomplished more showings then over a period of several years with several agents and sold my property in less then 6 months for full asking price. Jennifer was terrific to work with. She responded to any questions I had, day, night and weekends. She worked around my schedule and was very flexible. Jennifer was competent with knowledge of the area. I recommend Jennifer to other buyers and sellers and will definitely seek her services for future property endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED I live in IL and our lot was in WI. I had contacted other realtors in the area and they did not want to take the listing due to being a vacant lot. I received a card in the mail and called Jennifer. She gladly took on our listing.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer did an outstanding job on the sale of our home. We had a unique property that was going to be complicated to sell. Jennifer was very efficient and knowledgeable on how to manage this situation. Jennifer was in communication with me at all times. When I was in need of an appraisal on this property, Jennifer had this task completed within hours of discussing this situation. When I would send out a message, Jennifer would answer my email or texts within minutes. I would not hesitate to use Jennifer again. She truly is outstanding in her field and such a pleasure to work with.
