We looked at so many homes, she had no complaints, when it came to negotiating and closing from out of state she made things seamless. She was very responsive (how we found her really, when no one wanted to come out on a holiday to show homes she did!), always timely with replies to questions and concerns and even took care of a few personal details for us and also located amenities in the city for us to do while we were in town. ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer helped us sell our house and we were quite pleased with the results. We got two offers at month four of being on the market. This is an average time for what other homes in that neighborhood had sold for. We accepted one and closed six months from when we put it on the market. She would always provide feedback from the viewings, make suggestions on how we should price the house based on the market and her experience and kept me updated with how the house was being advertised. She also went above and beyond with coming to our house during viewings to let our dog out if we could not be home to do so. Highly recommend.

She is so very helpful and works very hard to find you the perfect house you are looking for. She works all hours of the day for you and 7 days a week if needed. She is very honest also!
