When we were ready to sell the house in 2023, we contacted her; she was local, she knew the neighborhood and worked very well with us on preparations. ZillowVERIFIED When we listed our home with Jenn we were in the process of relocating our family from Southern California to Northern California due to job transfers. We chose to list our home with Jenn because we felt that she would take great care in selling our home and would be able to offer us the personal service our family needed while we were splitting our time between Norcal and Socal. Jenn hit the ground running with top of the line professional photography and showcasing our home in newspapers and real estate brochures. Jenn provided detailed and constructive feedback from every showing and our home went in to escrow within the time frame we expected. Our home was in escrow during beginning days of the Corona Virus pandemic of 2020 and the shelter in place order. As you can imagine it was a stressful time for both buyers and sellers and we were quite anxious to close this chapter of our lives so that we could secure permanent housing in Norcal. Jenn remained calm and supportive through the entire process. She kept us updated every step of the way. Her detail and care in relaying information and providing sound recommendations is what got us through.
