ZillowVERIFIED Where to even begin..Jenn and her whole team have been absolutely pleasant to work with since the first time I got on the phone with her. She's a true professional, knows all the towns in the area well, and is always quick to respond. I knew Jenn was the right agent for me as soon as we we're on our first showing: before we step foot in the house she says to me, "Since we're here I already know you at least have a little interest in this house. So while I will point out things that I think are nice, I'm going to point out everything wrong I see with this house". She is focused on finding the right house for her clients more so than closing the deal, and thats the kind of person you want in your corner. She really made the first time homebuying experience go as smoothly as it possible could have. I will definitely be recommending Jenn to any of my friends and family if they ever need an agent, and if she is still working by the time I need to move next I will be using her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I first contacted Jennifer in 2019 about selling my home. I had a complicated personal situation in regards to selling the house. Jen came over, listened to everything, took a look at the house, explained the process and went over my questions and concerns. Through the years she would check in to see how I was making due. Finally, in 2022 I was able to put the house up and Jen was there for me. It is a stressful situation and Jen was there for me every step of the way with kindness, compassion, calmness and an unbelievable amount of knowledge. I would text her freaking out about something - taking it all in stride she would use humor and her calm demeanor to get me though it. I am so happy that I had Jennifer as my agent. It weas amazing how quickly the process moved and she was there for me for everything. I would recommend her in a heartbeat because I don't know what I would have done without her!!

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely one of my best decision in life was to ask Jennifer to help me find my forever home. I'm certain that I challenged her more then 90% of her other clients. She stuck with me for more then a year and a half. Jennifer's best quality..."Honesty". She is a straight shooter and will always be honest. In my opinion, it was never about the sale, it was about me finding the right house. Top Shelf Professional! Thank you Jennifer for everything! J McDonald

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer has been absolutely fantastic during my home buying process! Buying during a pandemic is no easy process yet we still manage to find a house on the 3rd try! She is responsive as well as straight forward. She will not sell you a house just to sell you a house. She is absolutely looking out for your best interest. I can not say enough good things about Jennifer and her team at Remax. Highly highly recommend. She is absolutely someone you want on your team!

ZillowVERIFIED It is with great pleasure that I recommend Jennifer as a Real Estate Agent for any individual or families looking for their dream home. Jennifer is highly personable and my husband and myself felt extremely comfortable with her the first time we met her. We decided we wanted her to help find our perfect home. She is extremely knowledgeable in the field. She talked about things that I didn't even consider such as crumbling foundations. She knew exactly what to look for when we viewed homes for sale. I have to admit though, it did not take her long to find our perfect home. Jennifer helped us negotiate the things important to us and went above and beyond in capacity as a realtor. We are so pleased that we are requesting she be the realtor to sell our last home which is now ready for sale. I highly recommend any buyer or seller to consider Jennifer as your realtor. She is the Best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had wanted to place my home on the market for quite sometime. I had been hesitant thinking this was going to be a monumental task. I saw a posting on Facebook that Jennifer had written and decided to give her a call. That definitely was my lucky day. She made moving so transparent. She explained everything to me that I needed to do for my part in selling and purchasing a new home. Such an upbeat attitude and makes you feel so comfortable. I cannot thank her so much for such a great job she did!!! I would highly recommend her as your agent. By the way my home sold in 10 days and 2 months later in my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had my house in Broad Brook on the market for over 3 years. After working with two other real estate agencies I received an inquiry from Jennifer Holt of Campbell-Keune asking if I would be interested in listing my house with her. Right from the get-go I was impressed with Jennifer. Her knowledge of the area and real estate values of the other houses for sale that were comparable to mine showed me she does her homework. My house is over 100 years old and she informed me of all the work the house would need to make it sellable. She put ads w/pictures in the local papers, called on people she thought would be interested in my property. She kept on top of things, always following up on inquiries. If she wasn't sure of a question she would find out the answer and get back to me promptly. Plus, she kept me informed at all times of what was going on. Since I live on the West Coast it was imperative that we stayed in contact via phone or e-mail. I can without question recommend Jennifer highly for the position.Sandra RosencranceBend, OR

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Jennifer when I moved to Ellington; she found me and my children a home to rent that was affordable, safe and fitting our needs. When a house in a desirable neighborhood came along, I contacted Jenn immediately. She explained how we needed to bid on the home online that evening. We met at her office, and she guided me through the whole process. Jenn made my home-buying experience so much less stressful! Whatever questions I had, she clearly answered. Now, almost five years later, I consider Jenn a friend and expert in all matters of real estate. I have called her many times with random questions and to get her opinions. She is confidential, professional, and dedicated to helping others. When it is time to sell my current house, Jennifer Holt is the only agent I would consider.
