We hired Jenny after about 9 months on the market with another broker and one deal that had fallen through. Frustrated with our prior experience, Jenny quickly brought in a new confidence and reassurance to the deal and managed to secure an offer within only a couple months, for a hassle-free and quick sale. Jenny has lived in the area for decades and brings expertise and a love of the area. She is very responsive and kept us in the loop on everything throughout offers, negotiations, and final closing items. She always asked our opinion first when it came to negotiations and gave her own opinion, which was often in line with our own expectations. She offered her insights on pricing at every step, and listened to our thoughts on the strategy as well. Upon listening to her advice, we had offer in hand after only a couple weeks, as she suspected. Jenny is a hard worker and came to nearly every showing and open house, whenever she could. It was clear that she valued her work and kept our best interests in mind. Overall, we would recommend Jenny, especially for her responsiveness and dedication to her role as agent. After initial frustrations, we were very thankful for her professionalism and the quick sale with her as a second broker.
