ZillowVERIFIED Jenn was incredibly reliable, detail-oriented, and personalized the home search to exactly what we wanted. We never felt rushed and she was always available to answer questions and set up tours. We toured about 25 houses over two months. Jenn was able to perfectly understand what we were really looking for in terms of style, location, and vibe. She is fast, which paid off when we had to quickly put our offer in, and her fast thinking and communication skills helped us negotiate a fair but competitive offer. Jenn took our home search very seriously, and at the same time she always had it under control and never made it feel stressful. I had probably 4 showings with Jenn, and the first three she immediately knew they werent the right fit for me and she let me know that. Whatever commission breath is, she has the exact opposite. She also is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to repairs, cost associated with the home, and providing immediate contacts to get those repairs done. Every step of the way she was there. She lives on the north side and would drop everything to show us properties on the south side on weeknights meaning she would dedicate her entire evenings to us between the commute and actually showing us properties.
