I sold a home that had an offer on the property in 5 days, the deal fell thru. Put the home back on the market got another offer in a few days. The buyer did not do their part so we had to close 30 days after the original closing date. My seller had put an offer on another property. We almost lost that property because we had to extend the closing date twice. We finally went to closing on both properties. We had everything that could go wrong went wrong.
