Jennifer Griest is a Managing Broker based in Spokane, Washington, with over two decades of experience helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives: buying or selling a home. She started her real estate journey in 2003 as a front-desk receptionist and quickly realized that real estate isn't just about contracts and keys--it's about people. Licensed since 2004, Jen has done it all--sales, leadership, coaching, and managing over 150 agents during her time as a Branch Manager. She returned to full-time sales because helping clients one-on-one is where her heart is. Now, with her Managing Broker license in Washington, she continues to bring calm, clarity, and a good dose of reality to every transaction. Jen's superpower? Reading people.
