Jennifer just sold my home for more than asking price! I could not recommend anyone more enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the market to list my property. Jennifer went above and beyond in staging the property with furniture and having wonderful pictures taken of the home to show off all of its great features. Thank you SO very much, Jennifer. After living through the worst real estate market of my time, it was finally the right time to sell my home. During this real estate recovery, I leased my home in Greystone Parc, a small sub-division within the Greystone founders area. Approximately three (3) years ago, I put this home up for sale. I hire the real estate agent that sold me the home, some 10 years earlier. All I heard was, put more money in your home and reduce the price. We already put lots of money in the home including consideration in wooden floor. Then I decided to change real estate agents. That is when I met Ms. Jennifer Gilbert of Keller Williams Hover Branch. I want everyone reading this to know, I do not like working with Real Estate agents at all. I have found them to be, all about themselves. They had seemed to only focus on gaining the listing and tell me to lower the price of my home. They had NO idea how to negotiation for the client. They get very angry with me when I take control of the negotiation process. That was my experience up to that point. THEN I met Jennifer Gilbert and give her as well as her partner my listing. We instantly had showing, feedback and promise. One day, I get a call and there was a client seriously interested in my home. However, the situation was quite unique. They wanted to lease purchase my home. I knew lease purchased rarely workout. The situation was different. I evaluated it and it was fair on both parties. That was two (2) years ago. The home closed two (2) months ago. That is right, a lease purchase actually and finally closed. Why, in large part the hard work of Jennifer. Let me add one more very important fact. It was her client, so she go double commission. I finally found a real estate agent that had great communication, follow-up, got other agents to do honest feedback, handled issues throughout the transaction with a completely level head. It only took 12 houses and 62 years of my life, to find a real estate agent that I really liked. If you know me, you know I dont give out compliments often or easily. Thank You Jennifer for all you did for my wife and myself.
