ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was an excellent agent. I have lived in several places across the country and had worked with many agents to buy and sell several houses previously. I have to say that Jennifer was the best among them all. When buying/selling a house, besides the essential price negotiation, there are many other small things you'll need to do or consider, such as some last minute fixing, find a reliable mortgage loan broker, find a good home inspector, etc. As home owners, you most likely will have no clue when dealing with those issues. Luckily for us, we could always ask Jennifer for help, and most importantly, it worked! Saying that, I do not mean that she did not help us on price negotiation. We bought and sold the same house in Albany NY under her help and managed to get some net profit by doing this within 2 years. We believe that things would not be going so smoothly without helps from Jennifer, especially we had moved outside NY state before the selling was closed! In conclusion, we really appreciate Jennifer's help in both buying and selling of our home back in Albany, and we would also wish to have another agent to be as good as Jennifer in the future.

Her in depth knowledge and iron determination to get me through to the finish line helped me to secure my home purchase even when I thought all hope was lost. You can bring your own lender, closing attorney, inspector, etc. but if you don't have one Jennifer has all of those recommendations for you to get you to the closing table. When I first began my home search I wasn?t sure if I would find a great realtor and thanks to Zillow, I found Jennifer because home search can be frustrating especially if you are new to the area. We visited a few house and Jennifer notice we didn?t like the area so she told us ?let us keep looking until we found one in the area we liked? . I am a first time homebuyer, so I went with an FHA loan and Jennifer was familiar with the requirements for it. She helped with one of the major credits the seller conceded for painting the house, and without that the sale might have fell through. Overall it was a great experience working with her, and if I buy a different house or my friends look for one Ill recommend her.
