ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was a great help in the purchasing of my first home! She was patient with us and continued to offer us new places to look at. She contacted us daily with new homes to loom at and always asked if there was anything she could do to make the home search better for us and scheduled our viewing appointments to our time needs. She arrived at the homes before us and when we arrived gave us details about the home or any work that was done. She showed us a home that we fell in love with and purchased and we were extremely pleased with the services she provided!!! If your looking for a GREAT realtor who will do the research and find you the home your looking for then she is definitely the one you need!!

ZillowVERIFIED After Jennifer successfully helped our daughter find and negotiate the ideal home in early 2020 for her family, we decided to contact her to assist us and our son find a shared home. She was always quick to return our calls/texts/emails and obtain answers from the sellers. Her polite demeanor was a pleasure to work with and she truly showed a concern for our needs and desires for a new home. Jennifers knowledge of the lending institutions procedures gave us assurance that we were seeking affordable housing. We never felt pressured or rushed. Shes has a very friendly demeanor, is a great listener and really wants to help you find your new home. Try her, youll love her. WE DID!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer did a great job selling my wife's house. She was attentive to our needs and stayed right on top of every step of the sale. She kept us notified of any changes or things we needed to do. We made more money selling our house with her than we would have ever made selling on our own. I would use her again and would recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2014, I purchased my home when Jennifer was with Keller Williams Realty. It was a very pleasant experience. She responded very promptly to calls, emails, and messages. She was able to answer all of my questions as a first time home buyer. I knew I would use her for any future services I would need for real estate, and recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Now, in 2017, I opted to use Jennifer's services again to sell this same home with the same expectation of realtor services from 2014. This experience was much different. Jennifer was now with eXp realty. The entire process, from putting my home on the market, to closing on my buyers rural development loan, was handled poorly. Responses for questions sometimes would take half a day, or longer. There were times that I really needed to speak on the phone, but I could not get an answer, and instead would receive a text message an hour or more later. I maybe spoke with Jennifer 4 times over the phone over the 2 months of having my house on the market. She would much rather text than speak on the phone. When it came down to having my back, and negotiating with the seller, even as far as closing dates that were on contract, Jennifer would take the side of my buyer, and the buyers agent/lender/ title company vs. trying to work for me, and my requests on the sale. I will never really know if my buyer, her agent/lender/title company all were working together, or if my agent, Jennifer was working for me. I have not heard from Jennifer since the closing day, that also went poorly. But I still left that title company office, smiling, and thanking Jennifer for her services, and waiting, and hoping that my buyer would show up to sign for our home that we waited 2 months for this buyer to do a rural development loan. I am leaving this comment on my own accord. Jennifer has not contacted me about leaving feedback, which is quite telling, given that the day after we bought this home in 2014 with her, I received an email for Jennifer to please be sure to take a survey, and leave feedback for her services on all forms of realty media, and social media.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer assisted us in selling our family home. We went through a major setback with a first contract, but she was patient and stayed the course with us, finally getting the house sold. She is responsive, knows the area real estate market and is flexible to work with. As none of us resided in Lake Charles, it was great having someone like Jennifer to handle the details. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a Lake area realtor!
