Who doesn't love Vermont? It's almost a silly question. But the answer is, no one more than I. The greater Woodstock area offers the best Vermont has to offer, and it is my passion to connect buyers with the property of their dreams. Buying a second home? Moving here permanently? My love affair with the community began twenty years ago when I bought a home on Elm Street. 9/11 made our hearts long for a safe place and Woodstock fit the bill. Not only did the area provide a sanctuary from the hue and cry, it welcomed us with open arms. The greater Woodstock area waits for you as well. There is something for everyone here. I found new friends in the Woodstock Garden Club becoming its president in 2019. My writing goal was fulfilled when I became an award-winning columnist for the Vermont Standard. As vice president of the Friends of the Norman Williams Public Library, I connect people with clubs; bridge, knitting, writing, history tours, and of course, book clubs. As a member of Our Woodstock, Our Town, (a local civic organization) I participate in forming future plans for the town and as a Rotary member, I help serve the needs of the elderly and young alike. I first got my real estate license when I was still in college. Since then I have sold in three different states, flipped houses for profit and worked as a real estate paralegal. Now I am back in sales serving some of the most beautiful towns in America, Woodstock, Pomfret, Barnard, Plymouth, Reading, West Windsor, Norwich, Hartford, Hartland, etc., etc... When I wasn't selling real estate, I worked for SIAC on the Floor of the New York Stock Exchange selling fiber optics to our members after the divestiture of AT&T. I loved the floor, the fast pace, the cutting wit, the no-holds-barred energy. "Mine!" "Done your way!" Who wouldn't love sales executed that quickly? In Vermont, things move more slowly. I love that too. The careful consideration. The non-monetary-based ethics. The concern for the future of the land. I believe my love and respect for both worlds has helped me bridge the gap during Vermont real estate negotiations with a uniquely successful efficacy.
