ZillowVERIFIEDShe was very easy to work with and knows her market well, along with letting us know what to expect in the counter offer stages. Very knowledgeable in what needs to be done for inspections and what may be red flags for us as sellers. We are currently working further with her in possible purchasing of a property. Felt she was honest with us throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is amazing! She genuinely cares about her customer and always goes the extra mile. She did a lot of extra leg work for me and was never pushy or impatient with my questions. She never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. I never heard her say, "Oh ya this one is great. It won't be on the market long before someone buys it." If you sign on with her as a buyer's agent she will show you quality homes that match your needs and she lets you make the decision about how fast to act or if you're going to act at all. Integrity at its finest! She is also extremely knowledgeable! Most of the time she had the answer for my pile of questions right away and if she didn't know she told me so and then went to find the information. She doesn't keep you waiting either, phone calls, emails, and texts are answered very quickly. You can't go wrong with Jennifer. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer has the capability to think outside the box, to find ways to make things work. She isn't set in her ways like so many people in her profession are; she has the enthusiasm and energy to see things through. I really appreciate those qualities. She is readily accessible by phone, text and email.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is the hardest working agent that I have had work for me. She in one to go out of her way to work to find the right home for you, even if it takes weeks or months she don't give up until she finds what your looking for. I am more than pleased with her sincerity and hard work ethics, I will definitely refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is the agent you want working for you. Thanks again Jennifer

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was excellent to work with on all counts. She was a real buyer's agent--what we wanted. She did her homework well, understood the properties we were looking at, and knew what to recommend. She understands then needs of older people, with constant attention to specific modifications for disability. She was attentive to every request, followed through carefully and in a timely manner. An excellent agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer has started working with us to sell our home in the country a short distance south east of Neillsville. She has been prompt, respectful, and honest and has been keeping contact with us. She is very easy to talk with and knowledgeable, we were and are able to express our concerns and questions in currently listing our home and of the possibilities of the future sale of our home. We could tell, when we first met Jennifer, she is genuinely passionate about what she does and about her clients and their needs and concerns. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Jennifer in the sale of our home and of posting about our experience.

ZillowVERIFIED The home I was interested in had an offer put in for it. Jennifer and I made an appointment for a showing but I was at the last minute force to cancel. After reviewing the specs on the house that evening I realized the square feet was to small. Overall, Jennifer was very professional and polite and is still looking for what my interest in a home. She did great.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is currently working with us to sell a property just outside of Neillsville, WI. Her response and feedback have been prompt and honest. Her efforts to sell our recently listed property have been exemplary - despite the uniqueness of our situation. Over 200 miles separate us, so it is important to have someone of high integrity taking care of things on the other end.
