Jennifer Dorn and her team were incredible to work with. We had a hairy situation with a tenant living in a property that we wanted to sell. We hired Jennifer and she was able to negotiate with the tenant. She made what we thought was impossible actually happen. After that, her and her team took care of everything - painting, repairs, powerwashing, landscaping and all the other details needed to list. Once listed, Jennifer stayed in close contact with us about everything they were doing to find a buyer. And before we knew it, we got an offer at the price we wanted!
