What was most impressive about Jennifer was the homework she did before meeting with us. Her approach and marketing strategy were truly phenomenal. The numbers proved it too. House was listed for 4 days, we held 1 Open House, 8 private showings and four offers with one over asking price. In comparison, homes on my very block that listed before us are still on the market and we just finished all our closing paperwork! Hard to argue Jennifer's not the best with stats like that.
