ZillowVERIFIED Shelby and Brett both work for ReMax, I choose their company because it's an established company that has been around awhile, so my parent's could rest easy and know that the house they have been paying off for the past 42 years was in great hands. Shelby was really awesome! You can tell she's learning the ropes, but she covers all of her bases and dots her i's and crosses her t's. If you have questions, she is always an email away and she responds promptly. She worked with Bret Davidson (her trainer of sorts) and she was always upbeat and she was always early! (She beat me home on one occasion). She is local to northeastern Arvada and is knowledgable about the area.But, seriously, if you have ANY questions never hesitate to ask her. For perspective: I annoyed my ninth grade English teacher with how many questions I asked and nothing has changed. In fact, I ask more questions because of that teacher. So Shelby is also very patient. We did an unusual type of purchase (bought my parents house, without them moving, and with my Husband and I living there already for the past 3 years) and I think she learned a lot.She also found an AMAZING mortgage company for us. We did nothing. Just sat back and signed what she needed us to sign.As for Brett, we contacted him because not just one but TWO of our friends have used him to purchase their houses. These guys are the best, they coached me and my wife as we went through the process of discovering what was truly important to us in a home, they slowed down when we needed to pause the hunt so we could plan our wedding and then they went right back into action mode when we were ready to get serious. Bryan drove all over the metro area with us to look at different locations even if we knew it probably wasn't going to be a fit but wanted to learn more about pricing in different areas.When we decided to make an offer on our house we got to see the depth of experience the Frontgate team brings to the table. Brett coached us through every stage of the process as we were first-time home buyers - he make sure our offer got accepted (the market is so hot our place got multiple offers like everywhere does right now) which was HUGE and then helped us negotitate a fair purchase price. The whole process was as smooth and easy as I can imagine possible but the real cherry on top was when we moved in and discovered a few of the inevitable small issues that we didn't discover during inspection.Not only did Brett make sure these things were taken care of, he got an HVAC guy out to our hosue within 24hrs to fix our air conditioning during a summer heatwave. We found out later that we got bumped to the top of the repair list becaue Brett had given us the appointment time he had scheduled to get his own A/C fixed. I mean, come on! That's above and beyond service.So in short, if you're looking for decades of experience with all the value that provides coupled with a team that truly cares about you, your family and your future home give Brett and team a call, if you're anything like us you'll be very glad you did!

Immediately, I felt comfortable & at ease with their ability to listen & willingness to help. In my first experience with another Realtor, the "listening" piece wasn't very strong. In this current experience, after the 1st meeting, I primarily worked with Bryan and he proved to be extremely attentive.
