ZillowVERIFIEDWe are extremely grateful for all that Jennifer and team did to help us sell our home in Texas. Her expertise, patience, and ability to stay two steps ahead were invaluable in such a competitive market. Jennifer?s professionalism and dedication were evident at every stage, and her proactive approach gave us confidence throughout the process. What impressed us most was her creativity and commitment to doing things the right way ? from bringing in excellent stagers to working with a talented photographer who showcased our home beautifully. She invested the effort and resources to make sure everything was done at the highest level. We truly couldn?t have asked for a better partner to represent us.

ZillowVERIFIED I can?t say enough about how fantastic our experience was with Jennifer Daniel Milligan. She truly went above and beyond to make selling our home as seamless and successful as possible. Not only did she expertly handle all aspects of the sale, but she also became our general contractor of sorts for us. She arranged and coordinated contractors for the repairs we needed, followed up on every detail, and staged the home beautifully. When we went on the market on a Saturday, the house looked stunning and was under contract within a week. Her knowledge of the market is exceptional?she knew exactly how to price the home to spark a bidding war, and it worked perfectly. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we were thrilled with the result. If you?re looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond and knows the ins and outs of the process, I highly recommend Jennifer . She made selling our home an incredible experience!

ZillowVERIFIED The Jennifer Daniel Milligan team are true professionals. Genuinely concerned for what was best for our family, they helped us through every step of selling our previous house to the purchase of our current one. This, plus their 20+ years of experience in the DFW market makes them my only recommendation to friends and family who are seeking to sell or buy a home. They are the best of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED The Daniel team helped my husband and I make our dream come true...who knew they could do it so fast too! Jennifer helped sell our home that we didnt think we would be able to move. It was a nice house in bad schools and backed to a major road. In 3 days we had an offer and a contract in 4. She helped us make our house show ready and we got our asking price. While she was working on selling our home her teammate Julie was finding us the home of our dreams. While we were panicked as we didnt think we would sell so fast Julie took us all over Frisco looking for our new home. She had seen a lot of what was on the market and that made the search easier. She helped us also create an offer that secured our new home. If the Daniel team cant sell your place than you probably havent listened to their suggestions and if that cant find you a home it doesnt exist.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Jennifer multiple times in both selling and buying a home (as has my daughter.) When buying a home, Jennifer listens to what you want and works hard to find it. When looking at a home, she points out concerns or issues that you as a buyer not even notice. She is also good at pointing out potential in a home you may not see. She makes sure you are getting the best for your money. When selling, she guides you through every step of the process, including helping you stage your home to appeal to buyers, pricing it right for maximum profit and continues until you have closed on your home. Her communication is great. She keeps you aware of what is going on every step of the way whether you are buying or selling. I would definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED We had one week to purchase a home and then return to our family for Christmas. This didn't shake Jennifer at all. She took the time to show us all we needed to see and we had purchased a house before we got on our flight to go home for the holidays. Thanks Jennifer

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer knows this market so well... great at listening to your needs and keeping you within your desired budget. . She won't let you over pay the market and negotiated the contract perfectly. She even has a list of Fixer-upper names if you should need them after the sale. It's personal with her...

ZillowVERIFIED There are lots of real estate agents; there are few professional real estate agents who have made this important work their career choice, not their fall back. Moving some 11 times in my adult life, I've had exposure to quite a few agents. Jennifer is the consummate professional. She knows this area inside and out, having grown up here, gone to college here, then living here. She knows the nuances of the process and negotiations, much needed in this competitive market. The knowledge she brings to every step of the process from the search, to the inspection, to financing, and closing. She's just head and shoulders above her peers. I recommend her fully. I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else. She's truly the best of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer and the entire Daniel team were great to work with. As a first time home buyer, I wanted someone who knew the market, had well established relationships with others in the industry, and had time to answer questions that we had along the way. Jennifer was great at guiding us through the process and we worked with everyone at some point on her team as they are an all hands on deck team. We walked away with a great first home and if/when we decide to move again, we know who our first call will be.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Jennifer for both of our last 2 moves here in Texas. Without her advice, we would have never found our latest house which by the way...we LOVE! I was super frustrated when looking online at houses and she suggested the perfect neighborhood for us. In this day and age not only is the house important but also where it's at and how it fits your needs. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and her team for all of your real estate needs!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer and her team are excellent in every sense of the word. We purchased our first house as newlyweds with Jennifer and she fought for us with competing offers, set us up with a fantastic lender, and supported us every step of the way. Her expertise in the real estate market and personal knowledge of the north Dallas area are invaluable. She cares personally for her clients and does all she can to make purchasing or selling your home a positive experience. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we had to move across the country after only living in the house for a couple of months and Jennifer and her team helped us with renting the property and later selling it all while we were many states away. We wanted desperately to have her commute to Houston when we purchased another home a few years later. Jennifer is simply the best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer made selling and buying (simultaneously) a manageable and successful process. She and her team are highly organized, professional and extremely pleasant to work with. They made sure we knew what do to, how to do it and kept us up with every step of the process. Jennifer's in-depth knowledge of the market and recommendations for preparing and staging our home enabled her to price our home just right so that selling was quick and painless. As for buying, she knew exactly what we should see and what we shouldn't. She offered great advice during our offer and negotiating on both buying and selling. We highly recommend Jennifer and The Daniel. We would never consider doing this again without her!

ZillowVERIFIED She helped to sell our home in Plano and purchase our new home in Allen. With her 20 years of experience in the local area, she was extremely knowledgeable and had an extensive vendor list to pull from as inspections and repairs were needed. She was also very responsive to my every need and was not afraid to negotiate to get us great deals on both of our homes. I would highly recommend Jennifer Daniel Milligan and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED I whole heartedly recommend Jennifer because she was there with us every step of the way when we decided to sell our home of 17 years. She was always available and helped us with preparing the house for sale, marketing it, negotiating the sale, and then helping us find a home to lease until our new home is completed. She was 100% attentive to all of our needs!
