ZillowVERIFIED Recently I was in a position to sell my home of 33+ years. A close friend referred me to Jen as they had worked with Jen to sell their home as well. I was not ready to sell the house at the time, but Jen came by and we discussed what I may or may not want to do to the house, provide comp data, etc. I decided to perform updates to the house and told Jen I would let her know when I was ready to move forward. Jen stayed continually engaged with me sending me listings in the area so we could continue to monitor the market. When the time came to finally list after about 2 months, she continued to stay with me every step of the way via text, phone, in person any time day/night/weekend. We listed the house on a Thursday, had one offer after the first showing the next day, and more on the weekend. The house was under contract in 3 days and we closed in 29 days. I was amazed at how quickly the process progressed. Jen was not only my agent but she provided advice and kind support as this was a difficult process personally to go through leaving my house after such a long time. She knows the market and it certainly was invaluable to getting the house marketed and sold. I cannot say enough how seamless she made this experience and I would absolutely contact her if I was interested in buying or selling again!

She took the time to truly get to know us and actively searched for homes that would fit our style. Once we were ready to start seeing homes, she quickly setup appointments at our convenience. We thought it would be easy--we were wrong! Our house sat on the market for an entire year! Every month the price continued to drop, and still no bites. It didn't help that our then real estate agent didn't show the house once and neglected to be present when other agents brought clients. We finally had to rent it out for a few months because we had already purchased another home, and we just couldn't keep paying two mortgages! After six months of renting, we found a new agent--Jen Coyte!Jen is present, assertive, and knowledgeable! Within three months of our first meeting with Jen, we had an offer and our house closed. ZillowVERIFIED I met Jen while she was showing my cousin and her husband houses and I ended up living with my cousin for a while and love the house they bought. Jen, gave me her card and said when it's your time, give me a call. I remembered how she was patient and honest with her opinions about the houses we visited with my cousin. So, I made sure I kept her in mind.Last year, my sister in law bought a townhouse and Jen was the one who helped her as well. We love her townhouse too. This year was our turn and she was the first one who came to mind. We gave her a call late last year so we have been looking for a house for a while. We would email, text and call each other but Jen made herself available all the time. We gave her a list of our wants and needs and she made sure we saw houses that fit our list. When we sent her homes that we are interested in seeing, she made sure we saw it. Again, she gave her recommendations and helped us a lot during the tours pointing out what looks ok and what looks like we will have a problem in the near future. She would call the homes' agents if we have questions, no matter how trivial they are. We probably viewed more than 50 homes in a span of 6 months and Jen was there all the way. She never pressured us at any point to make an offer that we were not ready to make. We had to stop for a little bit just because we were getting frustrated but she did not stop checking up on us and was readily available when we called her again to pick up where we left off.All in all, Jen helped us find our dream home. We are very grateful for all her help, giving her precious time when we need to see her. Even now after we have moved in more than a month, she still checks up on us and make sure everything is ok with the house. We love her and her work ethics. ZillowVERIFIED In from out of town for a long weekend, we needed to have a home by the time we left. In one day we must have looked at 15-20 places - and then she gave us "homework" for that night. After a second day of viewing as crazy as the first, once we chose the home we wanted, she had the inspectors and a mortgage people on it pronto. Also used her to sell the place - and in a down market she worked her butt off! And once again, had us in contact with the all people we needed. Her Chicago connections are UNREAL!
