For the sale side, Jennifer knew we had never sold a house before so she went above and beyond ensuring we understood each part of the process along the way. From the start of listing our house, it felt like the odds were against us because four of the same exact floor plans hit the market at the same time. Jennifer came up with unique ways to make our home stand out from the rest. She made us a cute photo board which showcased all of the kids and families in our cul-de-sac to market to young families. She also made us laminated feature cards to place around our home which highlighted things about our house that the other four homes did not have. Her efforts worked because we were the first and only ones to receive an offer and enter into escrow. I was stressed and anxious the whole time, but Jennifer always knew how to calm me down and was extremely patient with all of my silly questions. She even ensured me multiple times that if I needed to call her at 2:00 or 3:00 am she would be there to answer. For the purchase side, Jennifer helped us purchase a new build. This was also a stressful situation in that the demand for these homes were extremely high. They were completely sold out and they had over 130 people on their interest list. Jennifer made sure that the sales team knew who we were. She came up with ways for us to frequently visit the sales office to keep us connected with them. She spoke with the sales manager numerous times and ultimately put us in a prime position to get us qualified and placed towards the top of their priority list and we were able to purchase our dream home. Through it all, Jennifer truly had our best interest at heart. She was so professional yet always made us feel like she was our friend first. I could go to her with any concerns and she was always there. I highly recommend Jennifer, she was amazing and I will definitely be using her for our future real estate needs!

Jennifer did everything. We got access to our house after renting it out for 40 years. Originally we had thought about purchasing a new build and we really didn't think we would need an Agent. I honestly feel like meeting her was fate!! When we met her that day I felt her positivity and she had such a good energy. Long story short we decided to purchase an older home in our hometown so we didn't have to change things up too much with our kids and new schools etc...We were really hesitant to sell our home without finding the right home and I was really uncomfortable about putting my house on the market without a place to go. Jennifer never pressured me at any time. She went out of her way to make and personally hand out flyers and letters in neighborhoods we were interested in. About a week later she had gone on a family vacation and one night I happened to see a home online that I knew I had to see before someone else snagged it up :) Jennifer was so gracious and called an associate to get us over to see the house that same day. We also decided we really wanted to put in an offer. The whole thing was so quick and crazy and she worked non stop even while traveling to make it all happen. She put our house on the market that next day and held an open house two days later. She is extremely hard working, patient and on top of her game. We were up against another offer that was not contingent on selling a house. Jennifer went out of her way to go present our offer in person to the seller. Had she not done that, I don't think we would of got this home. She SOLD our offer to him and got him to say YES! Not only that, we then had to sell our house within 10 DAYS or the seller was going to take another offer. She sold our house above asking price in 6 days. We could NOT have done this without her.
