ZillowVERIFIEDAlthough the property we purchased was about 1 1/2 hours north of their office, Joe and Jenn never hesitated in meeting us back at the house for second viewings, measurements, meeting with the well and septic inspector etc. They went out of their way to investigate a property easement issue that ultimately was able to put my mind at ease. The deal was a bit rocky due to COVID and restrictions with the Canadian owners but they smoothed things out very nice. They got me all the information needed to get the local utilities switched over, came to the closing and even presented us with a beautiful gift for our new lakehouse. I understand now why they came so highly recommended. They did a great job for us and I would proudly refer them to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate. Thanks Joe and Jen, Great Job!!

With Jennifer and Joe, you won't have to cross your fingers and hope. We worked primarily with Jennifer, and what impressed us the most was her availability and responsiveness... from the first day of house hunting, all the way through to the week of closing. It really felt like we were her only client. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, so when we would tour homes, she was always on the same page with us. When we found the home we wanted, it meant we had to list our existing home during the holidays. Jennifer and Joe's knowledge of the market and the area allowed them to identify the homes we were competing with, and devise a strategy to spark interest and get hour home sold quickly... and it worked! We had multiple offers after just two days on the market, we were able to sell for what we thought our home was truly worth, and we were able to remove the contingency and close the deal on our new home. On top of that, they gave an excellent referral for the inspection of our new home, and guided us through all of the inspections, appraisals, and negotiations. There is absolutely no way we could have accomplished all of this without really experienced, professional agents in our corner. And here's the really incredible part... We got through the entire process for both homes and had closing dates identified in about 3 weeks... during the holidays! Jen and Joe have the three 'P's... they know how to build relationships with PEOPLE, they know the PRODUCT, and they have PASSION for their work. We have a new house now, but we also have made two friends in the process.

Jennifer from the start was very patient with my peculiar requirements and showed properties fitting close to what I was looking for. She guided me but never pushed me to buy when I had my doubts. Extremely prompt & responsive. She was looking at all the factors in a home even if I missed it and would point that out to me so that I was aware of it. She knows the market extremely well, in-depth realty knowledge, county & city working and has contact to find any information out rather quickly. Finally when I placed an offer, she took care of all the paperwork , interaction with county, township , title company and submitted the documents. All I had to do was show up , sign the paper and make the payment. She absolutely went over and beyond when she guided and supported me, months after i had moved in to my new home and helped me with any information or documents that I needed.
