I had to buy my virtually full to Covid and was very nervous about. After I talked to Jen the first time I felt confident she would have my back. This turned out to be true to an exceptional degree. She took me on a video tour of the home and property that made me feel like I had been there personally. She also kept me from pursuing a couple of houses that weren?t right for me by sending by doing video walk-throughs and information about the neighborhoods. I was making a contingent offer because my home in Oregon hadn?t closed yet, but she was able to manage the offer process so that I got my dream home at a fair price. She monitored every step of the escrow process to make sure everything happened as it should.
