My house was in Baton Rouge, La. So the buyer had found our house because of Jen's listing. She then proceeded to give the buyer a face-time tour of the house and bought it... within 72 hours.This was a agent sale. 100%. As she typically does, she walked through my home and made recommendations as to what was needed to be done. We did everything she recommended. Everything. She's straight forward and honest with her feedback.When we were ready, she had her photographer come and take excellent and professional photos. When she posted the listing, it was detailed and still easy to read. Within hours we had 9 requests to view the home (too many to do in the first day).
