ZillowVERIFIEDJennifer Burke was the best realtor I couldve ever asked for. I was a first time home buyer with a less than desirable overall profile. I needed a home due to my rental property selling. Jen walked me through every step of the process by educating me, and connecting me to valuable resources! She was encouraging, and kind. She pushed me when I wanted to give up and fought for me when I couldnt fight for myself. My children and I wouldnt be in the most perfect home had it not been for JenS knowledge, experience, professional connections, and library of resources. If you are seeking a home Jennifer Burke is the Realtor you need!

ZillowVERIFIED Jen made our buying experience as smooth as it gets. I lost count of the number of houses we looked at, but she was always happy to show each of them as soon as we requested. She never tried pushing us in any direction and let us lead the way, yet she was there for recommendations and support when asked. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was absolutely great. She was our second realtor in our process of selling and buying our homes. I wish we knew of her before hand. She worked with us on all aspects of both homes. When we felt like like we would never sell our home she assured us that it would sell and it did! She showed us homes that we knew we had an eye for or home that had the features we were looking for. I couldn't recommend her more than I do to people. Jennifer Is Real Estate!

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Ms. Burke because of a corporate relocation. From the moment we met she treated us like family. I must admit that we are very difficult customers, but Jen was patient and kind throughout the entire process. She is quite knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods and made some great recommendations for our family that we had not given thought to. I highly recommend Jennifer Burke and will be seeking her assistance for my next real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer Burke is the only agent I've ever worked with and the only one I ever will. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the industry. Goes out of her way to work around your schedule. Helped find the perfect home in just a matter of weeks and was there to answer questions the whole time. Recommended to friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was successful in selling a very unique property for me last year. It was a home that had been the family home since 1919 and was atypical to the community it was in because of the acreage involved and the history of the home. Jennifer "got it" and knew exactly what she had to do to sell the home. She handled it in a very professional and knowledgeable fashion and the house sale was completed within three months after listing with her. I would recommend her to anyone who needed a competent agent. Carol S.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is very knowledgeable in what she does. She has sold my moms house and also helped me buy my first new home. She was very quick with responding to me, knew all about the city I was moving too, negotiated the price way down, and also followed up once I moved in to make sure everything was ok. I have never bought a house before but from all the horror stories I have heard I was very scared! Jenn made sure my experience was fast, enjoyable, and as little stress as possible. I highly recommend Jennifer Burke for your next realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was a wonderful person to work with. As this was a very difficult sale and difficult situation for the family that used to live there. She was kind and considerate and always looked out for what was best for this family. She was aware of the circumstances for this sale, and did her best to get the best results from the sale. This home could have been extremely hard to sell, but she was upfront with all people involved and did her best to work with the unusual circumstances surrounding it. I know that if we would like to sell our own personal homes, Jennifer would be at the top of our list to call. Thanks Jennifer, you helped us through a difficult time and really made the process quick and easy. We would highly recommend you to anyone who would like to sell there home.

ZillowVERIFIED After my wife and I worked with two other agents unsuccessfully, Jennifer went above and beyond to meet our needs. Most importantly, she was patient with our decisions and never pressured us into buying something unless we were completely satisfied. She also helped us avoid buying a home that we liked, but the seller conveniently left out some information that could have cost us a small fortune in the future. It was also nice to have such a friendly, funny, and knowledgeable person for every step of the way. That includes her team members who would be there for us if she couldn't get back to us right away. Choose Jennifer Burke as your Realtor if you don't want buying a home anymore stressful then it already is!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was excellent in every aspect. We interviewed 4 agents and the other three all recommended a sale price lower then the eventual sale price. Not only did we get thousands more by going with her asking price but she had an excellent marketing strategy and was extremely responsive ever step of the way. I could not recommend her more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed four different agents before we listed our home. Jennifer came to our meeting with an extensive marketing plan. She had a lot of creative ideas to move our very unique century home off of the market. She also impressed me with her responsiveness. She was with us every step of the way. She truly is a top notch professional.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Jennifer to discuss marketing our Garfield Heights home on the recommendation of our daughter. Before signing the contract she explained every section in detail and described her plans for marketing our home. She took numerous pictures of the interior and exterior that reflected the best our home had to offer. That night she posted it online and immediately the number of hits was very encouraging. . We feel Jennifer's skills as a negotiator were the prime reason it sold in six months at a price we thought was very good for the existing market. We would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was and is the greatest. She is very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop at all times. We told her what we were looking for and she hit the nail on the head. She called us 9 times to make sure she knew exactly what we were looking for. The first day we went out with her she found our home. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She is the best Realtor on the planet. She is part of our family now.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is a great lady and experienced agent. I would and have recommended her to family and friends. Unfortunately, our house didn't sell, in the time frame that we gave it to sell, and Jennifer was very understanding and respectful, when we requested that the house be taken off the market within 6 months of listing. Jennifer was helping in the pricing of the house and worked hard to get the house shown. She had HUGE responses to her open house(s) and followed up with everyone. She kept us in the loop at all times.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer helped me sell my Brecksville condo as well as my father's house located in Cleveland's near West side. We were impressed with her knowledge of the market in both areas and appreciated all the guidance and extensive information she provided. This enabled us to make sound decisions leading to the sales of both properties. We would recommend her without reservation to anyone about to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer Burke has been a wonderful agent for us in selling our home. I have very limited knowledge about the real estate business, and Jennifer was so helpful! All my questions were answered, and Jennifer also gave excellent advice to me. She offered so much assistance in this entire process bringing it to a great conclusion with our sale. I highly recommend Jennifer Burke for anyone thinking about selling their home.
