Review Scott provided quite stellar services selling our condo in a less-than-hot market. His full services included coordinating a very impressive pre-sale renovation that transformed our unit within our somewhat limited budget. I honestly did not expect a sale this year, but indeed it did sell quite rapidly and at our asking price. In contrast, two nearby units remain for sale several months after our closing. Along the way there were numerous issues that required quick troubleshooting and Scott was an excellent resource and made each of our decisions relatively clear and easy. My overall impression is that Scott is a seasoned expert in all real estate matters, and has terrific professional connections that will greatly facilitate the transaction, whether purchase or sale. Finally, it's well worth noting that all of this activity occurred while my wife and I relocated to our new home with two young kids - Scott really took on the burden of our home sale and allowed us to focus on other family priorities. Review I recently sold my downstairs unit as a TIC using the Shagley group. The process went very smoothly. I met with Carren and Jennifer about 6 months before and they outlined the process and gave me a recommendation for an attorney to draw up the TIC agreement. Over the following months they checked in a a couple of time. About 3 weeks before putting the property on the market we met and they outlined the entire process. I was concerned about all the money going in to fix up and stage the unit, but I have to say that as soon as I saw it, I knew it was well worth the cost. I had a number of offers and was able to select a great partner for the TIC. Everything went pretty much as Carren and Jennifer said it would, plus they were great to work with! I chose them because I worked with Carren when I bought my house many years ago.

As you can imagine, there were multiple bids on this house, so Jennifer and Carren advised me on what the number was that I needed to come in on and also followed up with the sellers realtor to keep me top of mind. They made sure that this was my first home and basically helped me through, every step-even explained to me details of my loan that my lender was not breaking down for me.With house #2 recently closed with this team, I know it just doesn't get any better-which is why they get repeat business. We are keeping our other house in Bernal but moving to another neighborhood that we are less familiar with so we were a bit worried. They even gave us tips on the house we were purchasing in another city. Caren sold us our beloved home and helped us sell it too. So closure for sure and a great team and warm wonderful women. Highly recommend them.

Review 5 stars - If there was a sixth star, I'd use it! I've worked with Jennifer, Carren, and Earl to buy two homes in San Francisco. They bring awesome experience and an awesome approach to the entire end-to-end process of getting you in to home (and making sure you're really happy with it). Everything from getting to know neighborhoods, understanding the market, advice on working with banks, making offers, price negotiations, and who to call if you need something fixed down the road. They are wonderfully fun, patient, and responsive folks - but very sharp and tough business people when it comes to representing their client's interests. Throughout our whole time together, I always felt their #1 goal was to do whatever it took - for as long as it took - to get me into a house I was happy with (never just to close a deal and get it done). If I buy another home, I'll be going straight to Jennifer, Carren, and Earl to help me do it.

Review the shagley team are just the best!! carren and jennifer and earl were so knowledgable and professional..i am so happy that we found them..always there for us..went the extra mile when we encountered difficulties..i don't know how we could of managed without them..the best part was when our business dealings were over we felt we had found the best realtors around and now we had wonderful new friends as well..we recommended the shagley team to our friend and neighbor and they sold her place as well..she was thrilled with the shagley team ..i couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job than they do...plus great sense of humor and tons of fun to be with..

Review We were looking to buy a house this year (first time home buyers here) and have nothing but positive things to say about Jennifer and Carren's work through this process with us. Seriously could not have done it as well without them. The house we bought was only the second one we put an offer in on and ended up being EXACTLY what we wanted and in the price range we were happy with. Here are some (well, a lot of) points of working with Jennifer and Carren so you can see if they will be a good fit for you:1. They went to every single open house with us, every single weekend for three months until we found our house. I think we looked at around 50 houses over that time.2. They worked within our budget and didn't push styles/prices/neighborhoods that we didn't want. 3. They offered advice how how we could potentially imagine remodeling a house as we did the open houses and provided realistic costs for doing these so we could effectively compare a "fixer upper" to a "done" house. 4. They were flexible with us as we changed our ideal neighborhood 3 times.5. They have been doing this so long that they know many of the selling realtors which was helpful in getting inside information on homes and also how we could put in a preferred offer. 6. The home we ended up purchasing was a "pocket sale" which was not listed on MLS. Never would have found this without them. And because of this we were able to beat the crowds and competition and purchase a home in SF for BELOW what it ended up being appraised at! When have you ever heard of that happening in SF?7. Very responsive by email and text with all our ridiculous questions. I interviewed two other agents and it took them forever to get back to me (weeks in some cases!). Contrary to what a previous reviewer mentioned, I NEVER got a single piece of spam from Jennifer or Carren whereas I did from other realtors that I interviewed and never hired.8. They held our 1 year old daughter, entertained her, and kept her fed so we could focus on houses at the open houses and not have to make sure our daughter wasn't throwing herself down the stairs or out of windows. 9. They gave us a gift, home warranty, and provided their preferred list of contractors to do some minor work that was suggested on our new home when we closed. Do yourself a favor and make the process easier on yourself if you are a home buyer and work with the Shagley team.
