Review Jennifer was exceptional the entire process!! We came with a relocation company, split family living, and a market freeze. Jennifer remained vigilant and informative throughout the entire process and she even helped coordinate convenient appointments and maintenance. She always responds timely, and never made us feel silly for asking questions. Cannot praise her enough! Absolute wonderful experience!

Review Our family cannot not put in to words the amazing experience we had with Jennifer as first time homebuyers. She worked with us for months trying to find a house that met all our needs as a family of 6, as well as in the community we desired. Although our buying process was far from traditional, she eased our nerves and guided us the entire way with top notch professionalism. Anyone that is looking for a realtor with an abundance of knowledge Jennifer is your gal! Our family will be recommending her for years to come! -The Meyer Family

Review Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with. From planning our day perfectly, to doing tons of research for all of the properties we wanted to see (12 in 1 day), and to always being there for any questions we had come up. I have never worked with a better realtor! If you are looking in the area, please call Jennifer!

Review The most amazing realtor weve ever had the good fortune to work with. Knowledgeable of everything local, big family and military friendly, and works endlessly for her clients. We had a rough time in the market this last year and to say Jenn went above and beyond, doesnt do the work she did for us justice. She wasnt just our realtor, she became like family and treated us with the utmost respect and care. If you go with anyone else, you are missing out. There is a reason she is the best!

Review Jennifer did an amazing job assisting me with the acquisition of my first home. She was more than helpful with every aspect of the home-buying process from start to finish. Jennifer is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, easy to work with, and very responsive. She kept me more than informed every step of the way and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Central Texas area.

Review We were on an extremely tight deadline, and Jennifer did everything she could to market our home and get it in front of buyers and Realtors - including hosting an Open House every single weekend for two months! She goes above and beyond for her clients and I would absolutely recommend going with her to sell your house.

Review Jennifer was awesome she kept us updated throughout the process on a short suspense move from out of state. We couldnt have done it without her. Her recommendations were spot on. She is a real advocate for buyers.

Review Very rude, not easy to work with. Would not recommend her to anyone. She may be nice, unless you ask her to resolve an issue. In that case good luck. Will not be renting through vista real estate again due to their lack of communication and ability to manage a property.

Review There is not enough good I can say about Jennifer. We first met her when buying our house in 2007. She helped us sell it in 2016 in only 5 days!!! She then helped us again today in buying our awesome home. She is knowledgeable and honest! She is awesome... go see her at VISTA.

Review Worked very hard to find us just the house we wanted in our price range. Very knowledgeable about the various steps involved and kept me from getting panicked about things that came up unexpectedly. Also assisted in getting our house sale finalized 400 miles away.

Review Jennifer is an awesome agent. A year ago she helped us find and purchase our Temple Texas home. She was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable of the areas we were looking at. Making great suggestions about neighborhoods and helping to negotiate a great purchase price on our home. If you are looking to sell, purchase, or rent, pick up the phone and call Jennifer first. We promise " you Will Not be dissapointed".

Review Jennifer is an amazing real estate professional. Not only does she *hustle* as a Realtor, but she's a phenomenal Property Manager, too! She knows her stuff and is extremely responsive to texts, calls, and e-mails. Our entry into the action-packed world of real estate investing has been made so incredibly much easier with Jennifer by our side every step of the way. (THANK YOU, JENNIFER!!!) :-)

Review Jennifer was the ultimate professional. Proactive and thorough, as well as her solid realty acumen are reasons Jennifer stands out from the rest! After my home had been listed by another agent and on the market for over NINE MONTHS, I decided to change realtors. I chose Jennifer and within ONE WEEK, I received an offer on my home - a CASH OFFER! We closed three weeks later. Awesome job! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JENNIFER BRUNS!!!

Review This is our fifth buying/selling experience with Jennifer, and we will use her again for the the sale of our current property. We have an abnormal work schedule and Jennifer was always quick to respond and always willing to work around our schedules. This is our first experience in building a home and Jennifer was with us every step of the way, using her knowledge and her experience to ease the process. We will use Jennifer again and we pass on her information to anyone looking in the area.
