This agent will first respond to this review by defending herself and noting we are bad apples like I have seen her respond to other negative reviews from clients. Let me start by saying, we chose Jennifer Bozarth and the Bozarth Group thinking we were acquiring the best team to sell our home. We interviewed about a dozen realtors and discussed when we could list our house as we were finishing up some upgrades, she was on board and said it was perfect timing (never did she say it was too late). We signed with her in mid-April, but officially listed mid-May. She also agreed with the price point we discussed, which was market at the time and still is. We were excited and motivated to sell and she sure did tell us what we wanted to hear. I'm sure over her career there are more success than not, but I felt it was important to document our experience for the next guy considering this group. We had our home on the market for 90 days, we only had 2 open houses, on Sundays. We were promised 3 hours but they were reduced to 2 hours, Jennifer Bozarth did not attend either. I believe she did a great job getting traffic in, we had nearly 40 showings, nothing to produce from it as she couldn't get any initial offers to those buyers who were interested. She didn't appear to be a strong closer for our home. She will make excuses why she can't sell, but not give you any encouragement that it will sell. Yes, there are new builds with incentives and yes, there are surrounding communities with better amenities she will say, but you will not hear say words of encouragement what makes your home great and why it will sell. Or even if our home wasn't great we did not hear.Our first month of no feedback and after we asked over and over what are people's thoughts of the home, they insisted we were getting information to find out they dropped the ball on setting up the auto-communication being sent to us. Let me rephrase "Auto-Communication". They use a service called Centralized Showing Service, so they don't give you the feedback in person, the other realtor that is bringing potential buyers to see your home, and this if they submit and if they don't you are left wondering if that is the one. So you have to reach out to The Bozarth Group to find out any feedback. We called some of those realtors directly so we can get feedback as it went to a black hole. After a while, we didn't think that type of communicate gave us enough information we requested a weekly call from her directly as the assistants were not telling us anything new like marketing strategies for the week or this is what I would like to try different, especially after we kept showing after showing we kept hearing from Jennifer directly; "I can't help the market, I can't help you live by a school or a road, I can't help you waited too late, I can't help....." Meaning pointing the blame to something else.I understand the market can change, or maybe I live close to a school or a road, but living here after 14 years, and being a part of the 80016 community and so close to a school has nothing but fabulous with no issues. Never did a time present itself that Jennifer was proactive with us to say "Guys, we need to reconsider these things and approaching things differently" Nope it was always us initiating it.Our interaction with Jennifer Bozarth was less than. As time went on, there was less professionalism. Missed scheduled calls because they failed to communicate internally and let us know she would be out, but it was our fault. We reach out to her on our expected call day and ask if we were having our call or not, but only get a response in a text "I can't help you don't respect my personal time", or "family emergencies." Which was never the case, if we had only knew. We became less patient and she would say we are combative, OMG!! or Seriously", If I recall we hired her so why do I feel bad. Left messages, text, to only getting response my phone didn't get it, and then she would send screenshot of her phone records, insinuating we were liars. I take responsibility for saying, I may have to let you go or fire you. Not sure that is combative but more the truth she didn't want to hear. Either way, it escalated. At this point, we thought it was best to go separate ways, we lost complete trust and faith no matter what the result from this point forward. She had us talk to her Manager (whom by the way was her husband), he kept talking over us. We asked her to expire the contract, but she said "No", she was too vested but only monetarily but not vested in us as people. So instead of doing the right thing, she is holding our listing hostage until the listing expires. I feel deflated, we still want to move. I wish her luck and hope this brings some perspective. Future clients protect yourselves! I am not perfect and neither is she.
