We were searching for a home to buy in three months. I was still living in California while my husband was temporarily in school in Beaufort. COVID-19 hit a month after our search began throwing a wrench in our plans. I was no longer able to fly to SC to view a home with my husband prior to putting an offer in. Jennifer was aware of my husband's demanding schedule and made herself available during times she would normally spend with her family. She would view homes and facetime me when my husband wasn't able to, and to simply include me in the viewings. After our offer was accepted there were a number of issues with the sellers, tenants and condition of the home that had been hidden. As first time home buyers, we were terrified. Jennifer was in contact with all parties constantly to get everything situated and fixed. She negotiated for everything to be repaired prior to us moving in. We had paint, carpet and window allowances and Jennifer had lists of recommendations for vendors for us to view from and once we chose, she scheduled everything for us since we were still in California. Jennifer went far beyond what was required or expected- she even headed last minute touch ups nearly two weeks after closing prior to us moving in. When praising her for her thoughtfulness she said "I just want everything to be ready for you and for you to love your home when you see it."
