ReviewWe worked closely with Jen & The Blanchard Team to purchase our dream home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jen is one of the most knowledgeable realtors about the Basking Ridge & surrounding area, which was critical in our search for the neighborhood and home that matched with our criteria. She made time to show us numerous houses, educate us on region & home buying process, and answer all of our questions. Jen & The Blanchard Team really went the extra mile to help us through this difficult process amidst a very challenging market, and we couldnt be happier with their service & dedication!

Review We were so fortunate to have found Carl & Jen Blanchard for our move to Lebanon NJ. As our Realtors, they helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. They were more than patient as we traveled all over both Somerset and Hunterdon Counties to look at homes over several months to find the right home. In short, they were always on our side working to make our house purchase as well as our home sale in Basking Ridge was as successful as possible. The best part about working with Carl & Jen was that they were always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than anything else. We would recommend Team Blanchard to anyone.

Review Jennifer was very responsive to all our inquiries, and usually got back to us within the hour. She drove us around, and showed us all of the Basking Ridge and Warren neighborhoods that matched our tastes and needs. Based on the preferences we expressed, she showed us what we considered the perfect house, and helped us negotiate a price well below listing. All in all, very impressive service!

Review Jennifer went above and beyond at every level of the listing and sale of my condo - from bringing a photographer in to show off the unit's best features, to scheduling open houses at peak sales times, guidance through buyer negotiations and home inspection, and even helping coordinate repair work needed prior to close. Review I needed a rare thing in Somerset County. A house which included a true Mother/Daughter or In-Law unit. Jennifer put in a lot of time and effort to find the right home for us. Because I work the overnight or "graveyard" shift, Jennifer accommodated our crazy hours. She was patient and was truly concerned about our needs. With insight of the County and the specific area we wanted to move to, she showed us homes that met our needs. We received Outstanding Service from Jennifer and I would not hesitate at all to recommend. In fact, I wholeheartedly and highly do recommend Jennifer.

Review Buying or selling, Jennifer will represent your best interests and not waste your time. She will "tell you as it is", the good, the bad and the ugly. She has counseled us through several transactions, both buying and selling. Call her. You won't be sorry.

Review I knew nothing about selling my house. Ms. Blanchard instructed, supported and advised me to a very positive outcome. She was honest and outspoken about any questions I might have. I came to trust her advice and to know that she had my best interest at heart when she was giving me the help I so obviously needed. I trust her judgment, but best of all , I came to admire and like her.

Review We originally used Jennifer to purchase our first condo. We liked her so much that eight years later she sold the condo for us and then helped us purchase our second home. She should be given an award for patience since she showed us houses for almost a year before we finally found the perfect one. She was helpful through the whole process!!

Review We are selling a home and are using Jennifer. She is very diversified in her approach to marketing. She uses all the resources available and then some. She is constantly trying new advertising. Our home is in the upper brackets which makes conventional marketing insufficient. She has done great target marketing in towns with prospective buyers. As a resident of Basking Ridge, she is fully aware of all the neighborhoods, schools, town policies, etc. She is also a wonderful source of information for prospective buyers as well.

Review Jennifer represented the sellers of the house we purchased. She was very professional and practical. She was able to keep the transaction on pace even when we (as the buyers) made a lot of requests of the sellers after the home inspection. Jennifer was always "calm, cool and collected". Additionally, Jennifer understands the pricing in our market better than anyone. She really analyzes the data!
