She gave us very good advice about what we should list our condo for and was very quick to take pictures and get other realtors and people to come visit. We were able to get a solid offer in only one week and wound up selling it to that person. We had a 3 month old baby at the time and Jennifer was very flexible and understanding about showings and other paperwork we had to get done, and she always asked how the baby was doing when we talked.
