We were moving to Corvallis from out-of-state and we needed to spend an entire weekend looking at houses and needed someone to be our "boots on the ground." Jennifer did not disappoint! We were very impressed for these reasons: 1. Her knowledge of Corvallis and Albany was exceptional. She knew the neighborhoods and had good perspective on the areas of town where we would be happy. 2. She had a very good eye for craftsmanship. She helped us identify some new homes where the builder had been sloppy and helped us identify some maintenance issues that we might otherwise have missed. 3. She had good perspective on improvements that we might want to make. 4. She was responsive to all questions and made sure that we got all of the answers we needed. 5. We ran into a situation where a seller was being inappropriate. Jennifer never lost her composure, gave us good advice and helped us to quickly move onto the next opportunity. 6. We also ran into a multiple offer situation. Again, Jennifer gave us good advice, made sure we didn't feel pressured, and helped us craft a response that ultimately led to us getting the house we wanted. 7. When we had limited time on our trips to Corvallis, Jennifer made sure we saw everything we needed to see and didn't waste any of our time. 8. She quickly got an instinctive feel for the type of house we were looking for. 9. Jennifer is just a all-around nice person.

We looked into having a home built from the ground up, modular homes, and several homes that were listed on the market. Jennifer was not the first buyers' agent we had dealings with either. But she is the only one that listened to what we needed, and what we wanted, patiently answered all of our questions, and looked at every property we suggested, but most importantly, she constantly sent us suggested listings and worked around our schedule (which is a night shift schedule and not fun to work around!) to show us each listing that we wanted to look at. She was not going to give up on finding us our perfect house, and she never once tried to talk us into settling for something we didn't really want. It took us about two weeks before we found a house that we really loved. She was there every step of the way, making sure we knew what to expect, what was going on and making sure we were given a fair deal from the seller. Jennifer cares about doing her job and doing it right, and that means doing right by her customers. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

She met with us before we were ready to list the house and gave us pointers on what we should do to get the house 'listing ready'. At that time, she presented us with comparable sales and current competition in our market. When we were ready to list the house, she took amazing pictures that highlighted the best features and wrote a great MLS description. We had someone view the house the day we listed it, three more the very next day and had a cash buyer within 24 hours of the house being put on the market. We made more from our sale then we were expecting and when a delay hit due to complications with our purchase financing, Jennifer kept the other agent informed and we were able to close as soon as the paperwork was ready. She also handled our purchase of our new home. She showed us multiple houses before we found our dream home. She listened to both of us, with our unique quirks and 'requirements', driving with us to the houses that we had found online and ones that she found that met our guidelines. ZillowVERIFIED In short, if you are looking for a real estate broker who you can be sure will have your best interests as her highest priority, talk to Jennifer. In our opinion, you will be highly unlikely to be disappointed in her service. We had a particularly difficult set of requirements to fill in selecting a new home and feel we really lucked out when we found Jennifer. We are a family of 3, with the 3rd member of the family being a 28 year old quarter horse with many special requirements. We worked remotely (from Alameda, CA) with Jennifer for almost a year, with several visits to the Corvallis, Albany, Monmouth, and Dallas areas to view properties with her. Although, it would have been easy for her to act primarily in her own best interest and sell us on something that left us to deal with the problems, we found that she did just the opposite. We quickly realized Jennifer was truly focused on our best interests, from pointing out issues with houses and properties that would have completely escaped us, to dealing with issues we encountered with some of the sellers and/or their agents. After finding the property we wanted, in the community we wanted to live in, it turned out to be a very difficult deal to put together (due to some permit issues that were not discovered until we were in the process of making an offer). Her local knowledge and negotiation skills saved our bacon numerous times during the roughly 5 month closing process (which included the sellers acquiring permits for some major additions that had been done without permits). Thanks to Jennifer's diligence to her clients and her process expertise, we are now happily living in our new home near Corvallis. Through all of the ups and downs over nearly a year, she always kept a positive outlook, she never lost confidence that she would help us find and secure the right property for us, she stood by us when it would have been much easier to walk away and her spirit in that regard infused us with that same positive outlook. She is a truly professional real estate broker.
