ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Angela and Jennifer and had a wonderful experience. They guided us every step of the way and provided reassurance when we needed it. We got a great deal in a very hot seller's market, and we are extremely grateful for that. We truly appreciate the dedication that was shown to us. They were both very good at communicating with us and providing us with valuable advice. We would highly recommend both Angela and Jennifer for your next homebuying journey.

ZillowVERIFIED We started our search in October not knowing how quickly the process would proceed. We were assured that we would be taken care of. That was truly an understatement. Jennifer had our offer accepted in less than 24 hours. We closed within 35 days. Although it happened so quickly her team was always ready to assist.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in a position where we needed to buy a house from out of state in a VERY hot market (summer 2021). I spoke to Jen on the phone on Thursday to let her know our price point and what we were looking for, and that night, after business hours, she was showing us houses on FaceTime. The right house came on the market on Friday morning. I emailed it to her, and when I called her 5 minutes later, she was already writing up an offer for us. She is very knowledgeable about the local market, and she was able to negotiate a really good deal for us in a seller's market. She walked us through the process and was completely on top of all the steps we needed to get through, even from a distance.Further, when we arrived in town, she and her team went way out of their way to help us get settled in, giving us referrals and even helping us with a last-minute notary appointment to make the sale of our old home happen. I cannot recommend Jen highly enough, and I know we will use her again in the future if we need a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was amazing when I purchased and sold my rental property. She responded to all my questions and concerns immediately, even late into the evening. She arranged for cleaning and landscaping of my property since I was unfamiliar with the area. Jennifer also had a buyer for my property within minutes, literally!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was awesome. We were first time home buyers and my husband had a previous bankruptcy . She made sure she matched us with a great lender and helped us find our dream home. She was quick to respond to our questions (they were a lot), was extremely knowledgeable and provided suggestions that I appreciated since I never felt obligated to go with the first options. Even after we purchased our home if I have a question I call and her... and she is always ready to answer. Not everybody will do that.

ZillowVERIFIED I was in the market for a home in Florida. I was contacted by Angela Taylor, who was very responsive to all my questions and even offered additional information that was helpful in my search. I then began to work with Jennifer Alsbrooks who continued the home buying journey with me. She was instrumental in providing her knowledge and expertise in locations, school districts and home buying process for an out of state buyer. She was even willing to pick up the keys for me and be sure I received them in a timely fashion after closing during the pandemic. They were responsive via email, text, and phone. I couldnt have asked for a better team to be with on my home buying journey. Thanks again ladies!

ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know how to express how happy we were with Jennifer. She went over and beyond trying to help us get into our new home. Unfortunately, I met Jennifer after I was under contract with another realtor to sell my previous home. After I went under contract with my previous home, I found Jennifer. She started behind the 8 ball with trying to find me a home, so I could possibly buy and close with the previous home. Jennifer was available to me what seemed like 24/7. She even help me get through the sale of my previous home even through she was not involved in it (no commission). Jennifer did not care she just wanted to make sure that my husband and I were happy and able to get into our new home. There were many times that I wanted to throw in the towel because of my previous realtor, Jennifer wouldnt let me. She came me direction on how to fix whatever the problem of the hour was. With Jennifers help we got done our part to purchase the new home within about 3 weeks, which was about 2 weeks ahead of my previous home sale.Jennifer is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I came across Jen by chance on Zillow. I was nervous as I had a pleasant experience with another realtor I had found on the site. However, Jen was way above my expectations. She was very knowledgeable and professional and kind without being pushy or aggressive. She was always willing to answer and and all my questions. I had unique things I was looking for in a home that were challenging to find. Jen did not give up on me and was determined to help me. She helped me find the perfect home for my family and I will forever be grateful for her.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Jennifer she's really awesome. We were first-time home-buyers with very little knowledge about everything. She helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She walked us through every step of the closing process and we can say that our process of getting a house it was incredible hardworking, we pass through disappointment, denied loan, sadness, moving from I'm getting a "new house" to "you can have only an old one" and that's hard after imagine you self and family on a new perfect house. Her hard work made us get the approve for the house with another bank. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, she was trying to find us a home in a rush and desperate moment on our lives. She has always answered every call and text no matter what time of day or night it was. We would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED From the very beginning of the process to the end Jennifer was on top of things. Jennifer is very experienced and knowledgeable and she is constantly working behind-the-scenes to make sure everything is being taken care of. She is not afraid to speak up on your behalf and she knows when the right times are to do just that. She is professional but also very personable. We sold a house and bought a house and the process went so smooth I was amazed. I prayed God would help us find the right person for this big decision of moving and He answered our prayers with Jennifer!! ??
