Tyson helped me put in an offer on my new home and that contract was contingent upon listing my current house within 10 days. I was very nervous and anxious, but he and his partner Jenny Allred calmed my nerves and provided so much assistance. They even came to my house to clean and put a couple pieces of furniture together to get it ready for listing! Their photographer took beautiful pictures and within 2 days of listing I was able to accept a buyers offer and get the contract signed. Tyson guided me through everything so I felt completely comfortable. He even brought his toolbox over to help repair something following the inspection.
