ZillowVERIFIED My experience with real estate agents is either they are really good or really bad and I was lucky to get Jennies name through word of mouth. After having an experience with a bad real estate agent where my house only received 15 appointments over a 90 day period Jennie was honest with me with what needed to be done to make my house more appealing. Due to that honesty and her vast experience my house sold in five days after relisting it. Jennie also went as far to front some of the improvement costs to be paid back at closing and negotiated with the repair and painting contractors on a much cheaper price than I could have secured them for. Jennie is a worker in the truest since and by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with in buying and selling three homes in my lifetime. She made everything as easy as possible by coordinating all the repairs and using her own staging furniture to stage our half empty house for a better viewing experience for potential buyers. Jennie communicated consistently and effectively with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Jennie as I challenge you to find a better on the ball real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I brought Jennie in just before the estate sale at a family members home so we could advertise there, and even though she had to wait until after the sale and the house was cleaned out to get it on the market, and it was a duplex condo that was in bad disrepair, and the adjoining condo that was fixed up beautifully went up for sale hours before ours ... she sold it completely as is and we closed on it with all closing costs paid by buyer less than two months after hiring her. Her remarkable knowledge and finesse got us $5K more than the lowest we were wanting to go even though the adjoining condo sold for only $2K more than ours with ours needing $30K up-fit just inside, not to mention the beautiful new deck and manicured back yard next door. The people in the cul-de-sac where my family lived should also appreciate Jennie for helping with their property values! In addition to being very open and inclusive with me throughout the process, Jennie was always available when I needed her and very personable as a plus.
