She gave this sale her all, while dealing with very difficult timing issues, that were out of her control and several unexpected changes that would have blown up any other sale. She kept focused on the goal and got all of the parties to the finish line without any acrimony, even though both sides had gone through an long, arduous process to get to closing (e.g., the closing was two months late). She was always willing to answer the phone, and returned calls promptly when she couldn't. She also kept her professional demeanor throughout, even at the most challenging times. When i signed the contract for the property, the buyer side has 4 owners to sign the contract and she was there constantly updating me with the progress. During my mortgage, even if she was in another state, she will text you and ask you for updates and never left you in a sense of neglect.
