ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold a house with Jennie Hillard. I would recommend her to anyone. The home I was selling had some complicated issues. Jennie took all steps possible to ensure that both the buyer AND the seller were being treated fairly. She was open, honest, and efficient. She utilized her local knowledge and connections to help to complete the deal in a timely fashion. When we bought our home Jennie was very patient with us. I believe we looked at 17 homes before we found the one we wanted. Never did Jennie appear frustrated, impatient, or annoyed. And, Jennie never pressured us to do anything we didn't want to do. In fact, Jennie had a good idea what we wanted and she contacted me when a home that fit our profile came on the market. We were the first ones to see it, and we bought it. We couldn't be happier, and we owe it to her.

When I had a question or needed something done, they were extremely quick in getting back to me. If you want an advocate--hire these professionals. I enjoyed having a team work for me, and felt well taken care of. This was my first home purchase, and finding the right place is no easy task. We learned of the house we bought within the day it was listed and we put on offer on it not long after! Talk about quick!

She was always quick to respond to phone calls and texts, she kept us in the loop every step of the way, and checked in often to update us on everything. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing but Jennie was great about explaining everything to us and offering us advice when we needed a little extra help making decisions. She was great about negotiating with the seller too, ultimately getting us a brand new refrigerator at closing, even though it wasn't originally agreed upon when we made our offer. A week after we closed, we had a leak in the dishwasher that damaged our wood flooring, Jennie answered my panicked text right away and helped us with what to do and she checked in with us often to make sure everything was taken care of to our level of satisfaction. We couldn't have chosen a better Realtor!
