Our situation involved a lot of moving parts and coordination both in timing the purchase of a new property and selling our existing one. Jennie and her team were able to accomplish all of this in under 30 days to go from the initial decision to closing both sides. One thing that stood out about Zen Coast was their willingness to hear our ideas about different scenarios ranging from price ranges, location, contingencies etc. For us where we needed to tailor our search to our family's needs and current situation, this communication made a huge difference. On the surface the presentation and management of our sale property was incredibly well done with a lot of in depth care put into making sure everything was packaged and presented in the best possible way. In both the buying and selling, although we couldn't see it directly, we know there must have been an incredible amount of effort done in negotiating on our behalf including working across multiple times zones to coordinate communication from different parties. ZillowVERIFIED Wow! I'm so glad to have met Jennie Lok at an Open House and she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She knew a lot about the different neighborhoods in San Bruno, South San Francisco, Daly City, and Millbrae. We were looking between those cities and met her at an Open House, after going to dozens of Open Houses - she was the first agent who we felt comfortable with sharing our goals and information. After that, we sat down at her office for a Home Buying consultation, and she asked a lot of great questions and share a lot of information other agents never asked before - and we interviewed about 5 agents in our search.
