We worked with Ashley Thornton and the team at Zen Coast Homes over the last couple of months, first to purchase a house, and then to sell our previous one. In spite of the notoriously competitive and hectic market that is San Francisco Bay Area, it only took us two offers before we closed on a house (after considering around 20 of them), and similarly we received a satisfactory offer on our old house within 5 days of going on the market.
