ZillowVERIFIEDI would not recommend this realtor to anyone. After months of my house sitting on the market, there has been little to no communication from her. On the rare occasions when buyers did show interest, she demonstrated zero negotiation skills and let opportunities slip away. To make matters worse, she has made repeated mistakes on important real estate forms, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. What shocked me most was her own admission that she conducts her entire business solely from her iPhone. That explains the lack of professionalism and the constant errors. Now, despite her inability to sell my house, she refuses to release me from my listing contract, leaving me stuck in an unproductive situation. If you value communication, professionalism, and someone who can actually represent your best interests, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

We looked at 10-12 houses in a short amount of time. When we did find our home, she was quick to write up and send in an offer letter. Jennie gives you honest answers to you questions and is professional to work with. She is an excellent real estate professional and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
