Jenni is very knowledgeable in the process and connected with many resources in the industry. She provided information exactly when I needed it but not too much that I would be overwhelmed. Jenni went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience (despite how stressful the situation can be) and I ended up purchasing a home that seemed too good to be true! Below is an example of a few things Jenni went out of her to help me and provide the extra ?wow? factor I appreciated. 1. When I first started looking for a home I did not know the area of town I really wanted to live in. Jenni put together several day trips in different areas around the town so I could spend time in those areas and experience all they had to offer. 2. When I had to put a pause on my home buying search for about 6 months, Jenni was understanding and patient. 3. As a single woman with a very busy work schedule, Jenni also helped me by setting up the necessary appointments (inspection, etc.), as well as scheduling a handyman to arrive day of closing at my new home in order to complete install of window blinds so I could sleep peacefully in my new home with window coverings. 4. Jenni also hosted a client application day where I could get pictures done (free of charge) with my pets for the ?I moved? /Christmas cards I sent out this year. Not only is Jenni helpful and professional, she?s also creative, kind hearted and fun to be around. I?m thrilled about my new home and recommend her to anyone I have the opportunity. I love my new neighborhood, it?s exactly what I was looking!
