Simply put, Jenneisha Parker is a real estate SUPERSTAR!! It seemed that Jenneisha was always working; she made herself available to us day and night, both early and late, whenever we had a question or concern. Jenneisha provided us daily updates and kept us abreast of all activities leading up the the sale (twice*) and the final closing. We provided Jenneisha with the minimum NET amount that we would accept; she exceeded that number by negotiating with the new Owners. We needed a specific closing day to correspond with the closing of the house we were purchasing in South Carolina. We made a great decision when we chose Jenneisha; NEVER a regret!

How does one put into words the amount of appreciation and gratitude we have for Jenneisha? Thanks to Jenneisha our home buying process was incredibly smooth. However because of our price cap and expectations it was not very quick. We were searching for a house with a price cap of $350k. Our first choice house seemed perfect, but after inspection it turned out to have some needed repairs that we just could not bargain with. One month later we had a similar outcome with the second house. Nonetheless, Jenneisha stuck by our side. She spent a whole day with us looking at four different houses, and we finally found one that was perfect for us. She worked diligently in the following days to make sure our offer was in quickly. She spent late nights going over our inspection with us and getting our counteroffers to the seller quickly. Finally, we found a house that suited us perfectly. Even more so than the first two. For all this we are so thankful for Jenneishas patience, kindness, understanding and professionalism.
