ZillowVERIFIED Jenna was a superstar from start to finish! The best communications anyone could ask for. Great tools to make buying easy. Jenna found us a home before it was listed by writing letters to an entire neighborhood on our behalf. She conducted a virtual tour as we were living in another state, then arranged an in-person tour. She handled negotiations, set up inspections and title company. Everything was done well and her communications could not have been better. An absolute pleasure to work with. I give Jenna my highest possible recommendation for any buyer or seller! Thanks Jenna!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jenna was amazing! We were searching for a home for a long time. Each time we wanted to see one Jenna would get us scheduled quickly. While going through the houses I learned from Jenna things to look for. She would check the details versus just the layout and decor. She was through in explaining everything g we had questions about. She made the bidding process very clear. And once we had our offer accepted she was with us every step of the way. She answered any questions we had. Eased our mind through the entire stressful process all the way through the closing. We highly recommend Jenna! She helped us to find our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jenna made herself available whenever I needed her, even while she was on vacation. She listened to my needs and wants and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Additionally, She educated me on my home I was selling and I never had to wait for a response or send endless follow ups because she responded pretty much immediately. I highly recommend Jenna for your home buying/selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Jenna not only helped us buy our home but also helped us look at several other houses, whether she had listed them of not. Jenna was always readily available to look at whatever house we asked her to show. We both found Jenna to be very honest and especially helpful in the negotiation process. As first time home buyers, we appreciated Jenna's tips in the negotiation process. I'd recommend Jenna to anyone; she was even nice enough to appropriately arrange certain meetings so we would not have to be there since we were negotiating a price during our summer vacation nearly 14 hours away! Thank you Jenna!

ZillowVERIFIED Jenna was very helpful in my search for a house. I was relocating to Ohio from another state, so her local knowledge of the area was extremely valuable. She was readily accessible to me either by phone or email. She made time to meet me when I could come into town to look at houses. Jenna was patient with me while I decided between existing homes or new homes. I would recommend her to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Jenna was always available to answer our questions. We always felt that she had our best interest in mind. She even delayed a trip out of town with her family so that we could show our potential purchase to our sons. She was very professional, but at the same time we felt like she was a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jenna was expert at aligning with our needs. We live in Phoenix and Jenna went above and beyond in preparing the property, marketing the property, staging for sale, and being extremely creative in constructing a deal that also led to the sale of additional assets, maximizing the total proceeds from the sale, while ensuring every detail was covered, in advance. Her drive is only superseded by her integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Jenna to be our buyer's agent and had a fabulous experience! We very actively looked for homes for over 5 months, bid on two homes and in the end moved quickly to purchase the home we successfully ended up with. We enjoyed working with Jenna because she was always available to us and would always promptly respond to email /texts/ and calls. Jenna over communicates in order to be very clear that she understands what we want and that we understand what she advises. She did not push us into homes nor did she push us away from homes. Instead she asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we were unsure, we asked her for her personal/professional opinion and only then would she influence our decision. We were very satisfied throughout the process and will definitely be using Jenna in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Jenna actually helped me buy and sell a property. She works equally well in both scenarios. She is a real professional, and I always knew she was on my side and taking care of things that had to be done. She's a good listener, which is so important, and very pleasant. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I live out of state. So, when we agreed to sell our land after 36 years, how would we decide on an agent? I contacted the Coldwell Banker West Shell office located in Mason on 14 April 2014. The office manager, Tara Negard, responded the next day with questions to be able to refer us to the right agent.A We were then contacted by Jenna Westrick on 22 April. The property was listed 25 April and we had a contract on 09 May. Jenna Westrick was prompt, articulate, professional, intuitive and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and concerns. We had confidence that all the real estate details were addressed. It is an advantage that Jenna knows and is from this area. I believe her professionalism allowed her to be the agent for the buyer as well. Business interactions were pleasant and there seemed to be a void to see our business end. In conclusion if the need presents itself we will work with her again. I look forward to meeting Jenna in person. We recommend Jenna Westrick. In working with her you will find her pleasant, honest, and attentive. Give her a call

ZillowVERIFIED Jenna is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely patient and responsive with us the whole process from viewing homes, to making the offer on the home, loan process and closing and even after closing. She's very knowledgable in her field and was even able to help us consider other loan options to make being able to buy a house achievable. - I've talked to other real estate agents in the past, when I was "feeling" the market for buying a home, and while they were nice enough, Jenna really stood out and I am glad to have worked with her.
