ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to buy a home in Southwest Florida, I would highly recommend Jenna! I would hire her again in a heartbeat, but she did such an amazing job for me that I cant imagine myself ever wanting to move. My goal was basically to buy my retirement home while still working and she delivered 100%. She was able to help me orchestrate a move from over 2,500 miles away and I absolutely got the best home I could possibly dream of. I had never faced such a brutally competitive (some might say downright aEURoecrazyaEUR?) market before but I got a beautiful home in the perfect location. Words cant do it justice, I'm still stunned. As a realtor, Jenna was outstanding. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed because she listened. She has also been very helpful answering questions that newcomers to Florida inevitably have. Perhaps more importantly, she somehow seemed to know exactly what to say when I needed to hear it anytime my confidence was wavering as I began to wonder if Id be able to find a place. Those qualities would be more than enough to give a solid recommendation, but the story doesnt quite end there. I got into town about 6 weeks ahead of Hurricane Ians welcome wagon. As I was sheltering in a hotel across the state in Fort Lauderdale, one of the first people to reach out and see if I was okay was Jenna. So, if you do business with her, you wont just be doing business with a great realtor, you will be doing business with a wonderful person.

ZillowVERIFIED We originally met with Jenna in November of 2019 to consider properties for our retirement which we anticipated would be in 2 or 3 years. We explained we had no intent to buy on this trip, but wanted to see various options based on our budget and requirements. She took us to about 6 properties between Naples and Fort Myers so we could get a good understanding of what was available. We told her this was very helpful and we would reach out to her when we were ready to buy.Our plan was to come back to southwest Florida in November of 2020, but the pandemic changed our plans. We came back in November of 2021 and Jenna found us a perfect home that was exactly what we were looking for and within our stated budget. This was new construction and was actually completed AHEAD of schedule. We are now in the process of moving in and look forward to becoming Florida residents in the later part of this year.Jennas understanding of our needs and her patience are the reason we will be enjoying our retirement in Florida.
