I made and offer, it was a short-sale, and due to all the circumstances agreed to allow the current owners to stay until they could find another place. Jenna explained everything to me and the sellers, and also the mortgage lender what was going on. Due to short sale a lot of other paperwork and data entry was required. Lots of email and text messaging involved. Jenna was very accommodating to all parties involved, even including the closing attorney to get all ducks in a row and paperwork finalized. I cannot thank her enough, and feel that she did well beyond what is normally expected to put the best deal together for all parties involved.

The house we sold was listed and pending less than 48 hours of hitting the market, with an offer over asking. After having a deadline to hit, to try and be able to get our offer accepted on the home we wanted to purchase. For the purchase of our home, she went out of the way to make sure our deal was the most attractive and best option to be chosen. Which is what exactly happened. Jenna even went out of the way to save the deal on the other end, which she had no obligation to do to make sure everyone in all parties were satisfied. A lot of people do this job for the money, but Jenna does it for the satisfaction of the people she helps. My wife and I are now in a way bigger home, that we got for an awesome price. All of which wouldn't have been possible if we didnt choose Jenna as our realtor. 10/10 reccomend for anyone who is looking to purchase their first home, or someone who has been in a few homes and wants to downsize or upgrade. She is perfect for any type of transaction.

She then showed us houses that matched our criteria, after seeing these houses we realized what we actually wanted. Jenna then changed what she showed us and we found a great house. She was great with answering questions, tracking down appraisals, reaching out to the bank and pushing the deal through quickly. Jenna did not try to sell us a house she showed us options and let us say no more often then not without trying to sway us to make a deal we did not want. The next major thing I valued was that Jenna was able to quickly identify what I was looking for in a house/property and the special features I was looking to have (acerage, setting, space for workshop). This meant that the recommendations for properties were filtered for me and I didn't spend time looking or visiting places that weren't what I was looking for. ZillowVERIFIED Jenna helped us buy our first house in Spring of 2015. We were so glad we went with Jenna because buying a house is confusing, especially when it's your first one. She helped us pick out houses to look at and quickly scheduled to go see them and she also guided us easily and quickly through the process once we found our house. She would periodically send us emails with house listings she thought we'd be interested in in our price range. She is very approachable, knowledgeable, and responds to emails very quickly. I was impressed with how quickly she responded and contacted someone (like the sellers agent for example) when we needed. I think it was really helpful to have a realtor who was on top of the technology and was willing to do a lot of communication and paperwork through email so we didn't have to drive into the office for everything. I think from the time we found our house until the time we closed, it took about 2.5 months.
