At some point I realized I wasn't going to get the house sold for the price I was hoping for and in a timely manner selling it myself. Shelle was great to work with and even though she was busy with other clients she always made you feel like you were the only one due to her responsiveness. We looked at a decent number of houses and we never once felt any pressure from her to buy one. She was also very honest in giving her opinion of whether she would recommend the house or explaining the structure of the house so we understood what we were getting into if purchased. Once we found the right one she explained the whole process of the offer and all the things we needed to do. Finally during our walkthrough and sign in day we hit a snag and Shelle was very professional in working with the other agent to resolve the issues.
