When we first started looking, we weren't even serious about buying, just seeing what was out there, and Jenna did not treat us any differently. She still took the time to find listings we might be interested in. When we ended up finding a FSBO, she worked with the owner to negotiate a price within our range and got us a great deal. She was available for questions day and night, and never took longer than an hour to respond! I would highly recommend Jenna and if we ever find ourselves wanting to move, we will definitely use her again.

Added to that were several unusual occurrences that could have had this deal off the rails at several junctures. But she stayed with us, she kept the communication open with the sellers, and ultimately, we all got what we wanted. When we had a question about something she eagerly jumped in a did the research to make sure we were getting the right answers. This exteneded to our homeowoners insurance, our home warranty insurance, the plumber, electrician, and well digger, and the people at the county to find out how to split the land. She never said, "not my job." I am very grateful to Jenna and Jenine for keeing their cool while I was melting down. We will be forever grateful. We spent our first night in the house last night and we are even happier with it than we expected. Thanks for helping us realize our dream, Jenna!
