Jenna has turned out to be a stabilizing force in my life. This process is stressful. Mostly because you rarely do it. That leaves you vulnerable and makes me defensive and suspicious. Added to that were several unusual occurrences that could have had this deal off the rails at several junctures. But she stayed with us, she kept the communication open with the sellers, and ultimately, we all got what we wanted. When we had a question about something she eagerly jumped in a did the research to make sure we were getting the right answers. This exteneded to our homeowoners insurance, our home warranty insurance, the plumber, electrician, and well digger, and the people at the county to find out how to split the land. She never said, "not my job." I am very grateful to Jenna and Jenine for keeing their cool while I was melting down. We will be forever grateful. We spent our first night in the house last night and we are even happier with it than we expected. Thanks for helping us realize our dream, Jenna!
